Background
In Chicago 54% of housing are classified as rentals and the majority of that group are comprised primarly of renters between the ages of 18-35. This group is tech-savvy and harness the internet for information like no other generation before it. Family owned rental managment company Beal Properties consulted Caxy to help transform their online presence. To help the client compete and stand out in the demanding market we provided Beal Properties with a brand and responsive website refresh that features improved information achectitecture, a flexible modular design and a CMS to manage it all.
My Role
As UI visual designer for this project I worked closely with project managers and the client. Throughout this project I participated in and lead design reviews, created wireframes from feature maps, used competitive anaylsis and best practices to mockup high fidelity prototypes and worked with developers to problem solve production issues into launch. This was my first project at Caxy and one that I am truly happy with. View more.
